Job Summary
Position responsible for leading, developing, and overseeing the Field Medical Teams, ensuring scientific excellence, the execution of the medical strategy, and the strengthening of relationships with opinion leaders and key stakeholders.
Act as manager and leader to the field medical team(s) by providing operational guidance along with skills & capabilities training in accordance with the Global/local standards and relevant Job Descriptions.
Ensure the Field Medical Strategic Plan (FMSP) and MSL activities are prioritized and aligned with the Medical Affairs Strategic Plans.
