Job DescriptionLead the development of the annual sustainability report, investor ESG reporting, and external ESG disclosures. Oversee quarterly sustainability reporting to the Board and investors, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with requirements. Ensure compliance with relevant ESG reporting standards and lead the annual PRI reporting process. Implement group-wide ESG policies and commitments. Collaborate with regional and business platforms to design tailored sustainability frameworks aligned to local and industry needs. Provide strategic guidance and support to drive the achievement of organisational sustainability objectives. Provide advisory to business units in sustainability investor due diligence. Provide strategic guidance on integrating ESG considerations into portfolio. Lead the development and distribution of sustainability materials, such as capability decks, onboarding content etc. The Successful ApplicantAt least 5 years of experience in sustainability or a related area.
