3M UK is seeking a Sales Representative for their Abrasive Systems Division in Norway, responsible for driving sales growth in the metal industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.

Job Summary
Lead and develop your own territory and create your pipeline of opportunities through interactions with relevant B2B end users predominantly within the metal industry.
Create close working relationships with 3M channel partners and their sales organisations to built agreed call plans to relevant end users, as well as support on jointly agreed 3M promotional activities.
The role will require to spend majority of time on the field visiting customer (depending on successful candidate's location, may include about 5-7 overnights per month in average).
