The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
Employees must ensure resident safety by frequently checking those unable to call for help and promptly reporting any changes in condition or accidents to the Nurse Supervisor.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of all resident care information while assisting with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
