Must-have
15+ years application development experience
5+ years leadership position required
Manage in-house and outsourced teams
Fluent in Cantonese English and Mandarin
Microsoft Azure application architecture knowledge
Nice-to-have
Experience with pension or MPF platforms
Cloud migration and modernization initiatives
Agile and DevOps practices familiarity
Strong stakeholder partnership capabilities

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
Minimum 15 years in application development
