Must-have

  • Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) experience
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Technical support experience

  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Customer-facing role experience
  • Relationship-management skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Life Science industry
  • Ability to travel up to 50-75%
