Serve as an active member and participant on the Country TA Field Medical Affairs Leadership Team to ensure alignment and optimization of strategy as well as execution across all Country TA Field Medical Affairs Teams.
Establish standardized operating model, and capturing and instilling best practices across field councils to optimize USMA execution.
The salary range for this role is $210,400.00 - $331,100.00, with eligibility for annual bonus and long-term incentive, and a comprehensive package of benefits.
