Job Summary

  • Perform and lead planning, engineering analysis and design, and production of engineering drawings and specifications for ports, marine and coastal structures.
  • Work closely with designers, other discipline engineers and project manager as part of a multidisciplinary project delivery team and interface with clients, subconsultants and other stakeholders as needed.

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering
  • P.E. License in Florida or ability to obtain
  • Experience with waterfront design codes and standards such as UFC, PIANC and ASCE/ COPRI
  • Experience in structural design and analysis for waterfront and marine structures
  • Experience in analysis and design of shallow and deep foundation
  • Experience in use of drafting software such as AutoCAD and/or Revit
  • Experience with mooring analysis using Optimoor, Orca flex, or comparable commercial software
  • Domestic and international travel required 10% of the time

Work Rights

P.E. License in Florida required, or the ability to obtain via reciprocity within 6 months of hire
