Develop and manage promotions calendars, KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to measure lifecycle performance, conducting A/B and multivariate testing across creative, segmentation, offers, and personalization.
Partner closely with Product, Operations, Data, and Technology to improve renewal outcomes and customer experience, leveraging AI and advanced martech for growth and personalization.
