ASM is seeking a Technical Director in Hsinchu, Taiwan, to lead customer relationships and drive technical developments in the semiconductor field, particularly in Epitaxy and Thin Film processes. Job Summary

  • Build and grow customer relationships, identify technology inflections, and articulate these to internal stakeholders to drive product development.
  • Develop, maintain, and ensure relevance of technical information, and drive continuous improvement of the customer experience through team, process, and support tool development.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Development, and Service Engineering to ensure a positive customer experience.
