This role requires overseeing manufacturing operations to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP) programs while promoting a zero accident culture.
Candidates must possess extensive knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Good Documentation Practices (GDPs), and the ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements
Minimum 4-year degree (engineering preferred)
5+ years supervisory experience
2+ years in Medical Device or Pharma manufacturing
