This role plays a key part in managing and enhancing the organization’s compensation programs, including salary structure design, base and variable pay administration, and market survey participation.
Responsibilities include conducting job analysis and evaluation, managing compensation systems, delivering analytical insights, and serving as a project lead for compensation initiatives.
