Job Summary

  • Provide technical assistance to Airbus Customers for the complete in-service fleet of Airbus Commercial Aircraft, ensuring timely responses and recommendations.
  • Answer customer daily engineering queries regarding Hydraulic Systems for the whole Airbus commercial fleet and all customers, on time & quality.
  • Use/develop dashboards using data analytics Airbus tools (typically Skywise Services) to provide visibility on Airbus product reliability.
