Job Summary

  • Provide specialist advice and solutions on all employee relations matters to managers, dealing with complex disciplinary, grievances, investigations, TUPE, restructures, capability, and employment litigation.
  • Coach and upskill line managers on employee relations matters to ensure procedural and legal compliance, and develop their capacity to manage ER problems locally.
  • Proactively manage and support the company in relation to TUPE and Mergers and Acquisitions, fostering a partnership relationship with unions at the local level.
