The ECM Assistant Manager supports the Site Manager in directing, organizing, and managing Serene Health's Enhanced Care Management Program (ECM), assisting in coordinating a full range of services for eligible beneficiaries.
Responsibilities include direct supervision of staff and drivers, assisting in developing protocols, supporting performance management, and acting as Site Manager in their absence.
