Key Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license may be required
  • minimum one year leasing or property management experience

  • knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • strong math and accounting skills

  • knowledge of federal, state, and local fair housing laws
