Must-have
5+ years Real Estate or Financial Services experience
Proficient knowledge of Yardi Voyager 7S and 8
Strong SQL query writing and optimization skills
Experience with Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting (YSR)
API-based integration and system configuration expertise
Nice-to-have
Experience with MRI or FIS Private Capital Suite
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Data Connect
Background in creating Yardi Virtuoso agents
Knowledge of Python, Alteryx, or Java development
Experience with Power BI and Workiva platforms
