Job Summary

  • You will contribute to the analysis and optimization of the existing security system, propose corrective measures, and support the implementation of actions to better secure CRS personnel and assets.
  • You will continuously monitor and evaluate the evolving security context of the region, presenting succinct reports and proposing additional protocols or updates to the Field Security Plan (SFP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as needed.
  • You will be based in Goma and, in close coordination with the Regional Security Advisor, ensure strict adherence to security rules by auxiliary personnel dedicated to this task, overseeing asset surveillance and interventions to prevent and minimize risks.
