Cultivating and overseeing internal and client relationships, spearheading initiatives to drive new business for sales and use tax automation projects, including the implementation of innovative technology platforms.
Coordinating staff and resources, overseeing tasks essential to the implementation of sales and use tax systems, including the creation of systemic and procedural process maps, functional and system design documentation, system configuration, development and design of user acceptance testing, and the creation of training materials.
