Job Summary

  • The Executive Compensation Analyst will support businesses in all areas of executive compensation, including strategy design, administration, execution, and reporting.
  • This role will partner closely with the Head of Executive Compensation in driving a successful year-end compensation process across all stakeholder groups.
  • The position requires assisting with compensation design, analysis, and implementation of new or revised compensation programs globally, as well as performing complex compensation analyses for senior leaders.
