  • Act as the primary HR partner for site leadership, advising on employee relations, performance topics, organizational development, and workforce planning.
  • Lead and oversee all labor relations, including interactions with works councils, negotiation processes, and interpretation of collective agreements.
  • Ensure full compliance with Spanish labor law, collective agreements, health & safety regulations, and internal HR policies.
