Act as the primary HR partner for site leadership, advising on employee relations, performance topics, organizational development, and workforce planning.
Lead and oversee all labor relations, including interactions with works councils, negotiation processes, and interpretation of collective agreements.
Ensure full compliance with Spanish labor law, collective agreements, health & safety regulations, and internal HR policies.
