Manage operations and administration of the compensation strategies, philosophies and goals of Texas Children's including compensation models for physicians.
Manage challenging, complex compensation and productivity related projects, a variety of variable pay program designs and documentation and administration of legally compliant and market driven pay structures that rewards exceptional performance.
