  • Hands-on knowledge of composites and welding
  • Experience with MES and PLM platforms
  • Existing relationships with aerospace suppliers

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of manufacturing leadership
  • BA/BS degree in Operations Management or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or refugee/asylee
  • Proven track record scaling production rates
  • Deep technical expertise in subassembly and supply chain
