Job Summary
The primary purpose of the position is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Support Unit and Reports & Analysis Unit within the North Carolina Child Support Program.
This role requires planning, assigning, and managing subordinate work while utilizing Human Resources policy to develop staff and ensure consistency with State and Federal regulations.
