You will work as part of a team to design and implement high speed interfaces and complex mixed-signal circuits using state-of-the-art sub-micron CMOS technologies and various EDA tools.
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions, with eligibility for equity and benefits.

Base: 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD for Level 4, 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD for Level 5; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for equity; Benefits: Eligible for benefits
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Deep-submicron CMOS technologies
Analog and hybrid Phase Locked Loops design
Data converter design (ADC and DAC)
Cadence custom circuit design tools
Transistor level analog design and simulation
Simulation tools such as spectre and hspice
Nice-to-have
Digital PLL and DSP experience
Control theory related to digital PLLs
Scripting languages like Python and Perl
Teamwork and interpersonal skills
Experience with Monte-Carlo and noise simulations
Key Requirements
BSEE or equivalent experience (MS preferred)
6+ years industry experience
Experience with transistor level analog design, layout and simulation
Proficiency with Cadence ADE-L and ADE-XL
Ability to understand DRC and LVS results
Experience with spectre, hspice, AFS, MATLAB, System Verilog
