Job Summary

  • Manage all aspects of inpatient occupational and recreational therapies across the continuum of care for acute care and behavioral health at UWMC Northwest campus.
  • This position is responsible for operations including fiscal, personnel, quality improvement, productivity and care coordination.
  • Manage staff training and compliance with regulatory standards such as those set by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), The Joint Commission (TJC) and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) in treatment and documentation for all staff.

Key Requirements
