The Industrial Engineer will work closely with production, machining, quality, and supply chain teams to develop efficient processes and optimize layouts.
Candidates must be proficient with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, to maintain accurate manufacturing data including routings and costing.

Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
3-5 years manufacturing environment experience
Proficiency with Oracle ERP systems
Lean manufacturing principles and Kaizen events
Time studies and Standard Work development
