Key Requirements

  • Minimum three years' facility maintenance leadership
  • Machine shop experience strongly preferred
  • General knowledge of MEP systems
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Proven ability to develop rapport with team members
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • First Aid/CPR or EMT certification desirable
  • Experience with asset management software desirable
