Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and possess the ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals and technical procedures.
  • The role requires assisting residents with personal care, monitoring vital signs, and promptly reporting any changes in condition or safety incidents to supervisors.
