  • 5+ years of experience managing executive-level stakeholders (preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience involving organizational design, staffing, budgets, talent, and/or culture strategy (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in Tech, Product, Design, and/or Data (preferred)
