Job Summary

• The Maintenance Shop Supervisor will successfully supervise all areas of the shop facility including working in a team environment, maintaining the Old Dominion truck fleet by inspecting, repairing, and replacing parts within heavy equipment.
• Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating the shop facility in a safe, efficient, timely, cost effective and practical manner, scheduling and assigning work, managing manpower, and auditing work orders.
