Job Summary

• The Analyst/Associate works with senior investment bankers and assumes much of the responsibilities for creating client materials, valuation analysis, financial modeling, and supporting day-to-day business origination efforts and deal activities.
• Candidates are not required to have prior experience, but are expected to have a strong financial education, and any investment banking and valuation experience would be beneficial.

Key Requirements

• 1-3 years of prior investment banking or similar experience is beneficial although not required
• strong knowledge of the financial markets and valuation analysis
• Excellent analytical ability including demonstrated knowledge of valuation techniques and practices
• Demonstrated experience preparing high quality client deliverable documents and presentations
• Must be capable of assuming significant levels of responsibility for assignments to be completed within short time frames
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills
