Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the MillerKnoll India Testing Lab remains fully operational, accurate, and efficient in its support of product conformance and regulatory compliance.
The Test Engineer will own lab infrastructure performance, including designing custom test fixtures, managing equipment calibration, and executing mechanical and durability testing under BIS standards.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
3 years experience in test engineering
Mechanical test instrumentation expertise
ISO and BIS standards knowledge
Custom test fixture design skills
Data acquisition systems proficiency
Nice-to-have
Experience with ISO 17025 accredited labs
Knowledge of BIS regulations and QCOs
Familiarity with BIFMA and ANSI standards
Reliability engineering principles understanding
Pro-E (Creo) and AutoCAD proficiency
Strong cross-functional communication skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of test engineering experience
Proficiency with Load cells and DAQ systems
Project management in capital equipment procurement
