Job Summary

  • Supervises and carries out day-to-day repairs in various building systems including HVAC, steam boilers, water treatment, mechanical equipment, fleet equipment, fire life and safety systems, and lighting systems.
  • Ensures compliance with current building codes, federal/state/local regulations, and oversees permit compliance and renewals for equipment and safety regulations.
  • Develops operating procedures and best practices within engineering and maintenance divisions, conforming to corporate standards and venue-specific needs.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of seven (7) years related experience in Building Trades and Operation
  • Minimum of five (5) years of full-time work-related experience in public assembly or hospitality industry
  • Three (3) to five (5) years related experience in a supervisory or management position
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./ B.S.) in Business, Recreational Management; /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid California Driver License required
  • Must have reliable transportation
