Job Summary

• Responsible for assisting with operational maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial/industrial buildings, industrial systems, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties/facilities.
• Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, calibration, functional and operational testing of facility systems and equipment, and utilize CMMS computer system to document tasks performed.
