Job Summary

  • The Talent Acquisition Operations Advisor plays a central role in delivering high-quality, compliant, and efficient Talent Acquisition services for North America.
  • Your responsibility is to ensure that every step leading up to interview stages - sourcing support, candidate pipeline quality, offer preparation, compliance checks, and pre-employment accuracy - is executed with precision and consistency.
  • You monitor operational SLAs such as time-to-approve, time-to-offer, and DocuSign turnaround, identify bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and contribute to the standardization of TA and pre-employment practices across North America.
