The Nurse Manager is responsible for organizing and supervising staff, programs, budgets, schedules, payroll, and equipment within the Women's Health, Labor and Delivery, and NICU departments.
The units offer a couplet care model, natural birthing options, and Level II NICU care for infants as early as 32 weeks' gestation.

Key Requirements
BSN or MSN program graduate
Three (3) years nursing experience
One (1) year charge nurse or supervisory experience
Women’s Services experience
BLS for Healthcare Provider certification
National certification in leadership within 2 years (if no Master's)
