Social Impact Assessment (SIA) expertise
FPIC and Indigenous Peoples rights knowledge
IFC Performance Standards and UN Guiding Principles
On-site mining operations field experience
International travel up to 50% availability

Lead Auditor qualification for ISO standards
Experience with IRMA or The Copper Mark
Multilingual capability in Spanish and Portuguese
Mentoring experience for developing auditors
Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17021 accreditation
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social sciences, law, or related field
Minimum 10 audits conducted or 3+ years auditing experience
Practical exposure to on-site mining operations
Strong working knowledge of IFC, SA8000, and OECD frameworks
