Job Summary

  • The working lead will spend much of the time performing manufacturing tasks such as calibration, welding, machining, furnace operators demonstrating a high level of proficiency on multiple programs and/or disciplines of moderate to complex difficulty and is considered a subject matter expert (level III) in primary discipline.
  • External candidates will receive a $1,000 sign on bonus.

Key Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent or vocational/technical education
  • Demonstrated skill in executing specific goals
  • Demonstrated ability to train and mentor others
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing machines and tools
  • Experience working on multiple complex programs
