Job Summary
Lead the technical development and New Product Introduction (NPI) of next-generation Non-Volatile Memory (NVM), focusing on optimizing MRAM and RRAM electrical characteristics.
Execute comprehensive electrical analysis, identify process defects, and partner with Foundries to develop and implement BKM processes for superior yield and reliability.
Drive critical reliability qualifications, develop high-efficiency CP/FT test flows, and define optimal operating specifications for advanced process nodes.
