Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5+ years RAN experience
Hands-on RAN tuning and neighbor relations
Experience with RF planning tools like Atoll or TEMS
Knowledge of 5G NR, EN-DC, SA/NSA, and MIMO
Nice-to-have
Data analysis skills using Python and SQL
Strong stakeholder management and communication
Customer-focused mindset with consultative approach
Mentoring capabilities for junior engineers
Key Requirements
