Own the end-to-end Problem Management lifecycle for Core Network domains (CS Core & Packet Core) and lead root cause analysis for major and recurring incidents.
Coordinate cross-functional resolution activities with L2/L3 operations, engineering teams, vendors and external stakeholders to ensure permanent corrective actions are implemented.
Drive preventive and corrective maintenance initiatives, review network changes, and perform configuration audits to reduce incident recurrence and improve service stability.

Key Requirements
7–14 years’ experience in Telecommunications
