Job Summary

  • Own the end-to-end Problem Management lifecycle for Core Network domains (CS Core & Packet Core) and lead root cause analysis for major and recurring incidents.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resolution activities with L2/L3 operations, engineering teams, vendors and external stakeholders to ensure permanent corrective actions are implemented.
  • Drive preventive and corrective maintenance initiatives, review network changes, and perform configuration audits to reduce incident recurrence and improve service stability.

  • Familiarity with virtualization, cloud NFVI/NFVO
