Must-have

  • 6+ years reconditioning or lot operations experience
  • 1+ year management or lead role experience
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record
  • Ability to lift 1-30 pounds
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice-to-have

  • ASE certification in automotive body repair
  • Diesel and transmission experience
  • Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and MSDS regulations
  • OEM mechanical certification
  • Leadership and mentorship capabilities

Key Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
  • Minimum 6 years of related experience in reconditioning, lot operations, body shop, or automotive service
  • At least 1 year of experience in a management or lead role
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
