Job Summary

  • The Network Operations Centre (NOC) Engineer is responsible for 24x7 monitoring, fault detection, incident management, and service assurance of network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance as per defined SLAs.
  • You will monitor network, servers, and applications using NMS/EMS tools, proactively identify, analyze, and resolve network alarms and incidents, and perform L1/L2 troubleshooting.

Key Requirements
