The HR Operations Coordinator provides operational support to the site HR function by managing payroll processing and executing core HR administrative processes with a customer service mindset.
Key responsibilities include processing weekly payroll, auditing timecards, responding to employee payroll inquiries, and supporting payroll audits and compliance checks.
