Job Summary
The Meeting Services Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the end-to-end meeting process preparation for congress meeting & sponsorship from meeting creation to closure.
Primary responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, supporting end to end operational execution for global meeting and congress services within agreed SLA.
Work closely with stakeholders including Business Unit, Travel, Meetings, Card & Fleet (TMC&F) Regional leads and Process Excellence, Finance partners and other stakeholders.
