Job Summary
This 9-12 month residency program is designed to prepare the next generation of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to practice with confidence in child and adolescent mental healthcare.
Residents will receive hands-on clinical experience, personalized mentorship from seasoned experts, and a guaranteed salary with no clawbacks or unpredictable fee-for-service structures.
Upon successful completion of the residency, graduates are committed to joining the Blackbird Clinical Services team as senior members for an additional two-year period.
