Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 10 years progressive experience in CAP/CLIA/GLP labs
  • 5 years managing P&L in accredited lab environments
  • Direct responsibility for quality, turnaround time, and cost efficiency
  • Expertise in CLIA, CAP, FDA, EMA, and state regulatory compliance
  • BS or higher degree in Medical or Life Sciences required

Nice-to-have

  • MBA preferred for strategic business acumen
  • Experience leading change and talent succession planning
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to drive automation and digital process improvements
  • Proven track record of revenue attainment with external clients

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in CAP/CLIA/GLP labs
  • 5+ years P&L management experience
  • BS in Medical/Life Sciences (MBA preferred)
  • Must be based in Portland, Oregon office 5 days a week
