Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and possess the ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals and technical procedures.
The role requires frequent lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds while ensuring safety during transfers and evacuations.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs including TPRs
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Maintain strict patient confidentiality protocols
Report changes in resident condition immediately
