Job Summary
This role leads ongoing technical enhancements, and drives configuration updates, process improvements, and new feature deployments for the end-to-end Talent Management technology ecosystem with a key focus on Workday.
The Senior Analyst partners closely with the Talent Management COE to translate talent strategy into scalable system solutions, ensuring that Workday remains a powerful enabler of employee experience, performance enablement, and internal mobility.
Additionally, the position is responsible for developing reports, dashboards, and actionable insights that empower leaders and COEs to make informed talent decisions.
